Identifying your strengths takes some self-awareness and reflection. In today's world your mind may be busier than ever responding, reacting, and running to complete every task that comes your way. One of the best ways to improve your own performance is to identify your strengths and the times when you are really successful. Think of the times when you have seen glimpses of excellence in your performance, the times when you really hit a home run & everything aligns. How about the times when you feel great satisfaction in completing a task or have a sense of timelessness during an activity. Any time you learn something very quickly or yearn to do something over and over again. All of these clues reveal your strengths in action so take some time to improve your own EQ (emotional intelligence) and maximize your performance at the same time.
