I am thrilled that we have been recognized as one of The Best Places to Work in Los Angeles for the 5th year in a row! Make no mistake; we all share in this
wonderful honor together.
Yesterday I, along with 9 associates from the mill, attended
the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2011 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles
luncheon and awards ceremony, which was held at the JW Marriott at LA Live downtown. For the last 4 years we have received
this honor in the medium sized business category, but this year we were
recognized in the large size business category amongst some very impressive
organizations. It’s
great to see so many companies putting people first in business.
Best Places to Work in L.A. is an annual celebration of
elite employers who have proven that they know what it takes to cultivate
environments where people love to come to work.
I want to thank all of you who participated in the workplace
assessment and survey process, as well as every associate at Bentley Prince Street. It’s your dedication and
pride that has helped us to create a unique culture in which we are committed
to producing the most beautiful, award winning and environmentally responsible
products in our entire industry.
Since we all could not be there to share in the celebration
when our name was announced, I hope you’ll celebrate now wherever you are and
